BioMap provides a personalised health and wellness program combining DNA, glucose, hormone, and blood analysis to create individualised health, nutrition, skincare, and lifestyle plans.

Our services are for informational and educational purposes. If you are undergoing treatment with your doctor, please consult any lifestyle changes with them to ensure they continue to monitor you effectively. These programs are advice based. Please consult with your doctor if you make any health changes.

3. Eligibility

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase. Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment plans are available at an additional cost. All payment plans must be paid on time and in full otherwise termination of program will be in force.

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and medical nature of our services, all sales are final. Once testing, analysis, or consultation has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes — but is not limited to — cancellations, dissatisfaction with results, or change of mind after purchase.

• Third-party laboratory errors or data delays.
